A Knorr Chicken Sopas laid limp in one of the corners of my cabinet. Checking on the expiry date and found it okay for consumption, I diced some fresh tomatoes and red onions and started making soup.
After checking the pasta if it has become tender, I put in the tomatoes and onions, adding sambal to make it palatable. When done, the soup was more like a tomato soup rather than the commercialized chicken sopas. A whole wheat bread went well with it. Perfect!
For dessert? Hazelnut coffee and cappuccino-flavored choco chips cookies completed my meal.
