Cheesy Morning

Pic grabbed from weheartit.com

You won’t forget how much you loved, because love is not something easily forgotten. You won’t forget how hurt you felt, or how betrayed, or how alone. You won’t forget your promise to not feel hurt and betrayed and alone again. You won’t forget goodbye.

-William Henderson, Things You Don't Forget

Noon, Ngayon (from The Professional Heckler)

Live life fully while you're here. Experience everything. Take care of yourself and your friends. Have fun, be crazy, be weird. Go out and screw up! You're going to anyway, so you might as well enjoy the process. Take the opportunity to learn from your mistakes: find the cause of your problem and eliminate it. Don't try to be perfect; just be an excellent example of being human. ~Anthony Robbins

“This is my wish for you: peace of mind, prosperity through the year, happiness that multiplies, health for you and yours, fun around every corner, energy to chase your dreams, joy to fill your holidays!” ~D.M. Dellinger

Quote of the day

Whenever someone who knows you disappears, you lose one version of yourself. Yourself as you were seen, as you were judged to be. Lover or enemy, mother or friend, those who know us construct us, and their several knowings slant the different facets of our characters like diamond-cutter’s tools. Each such loss is a step leading to the grave, where all versions blend and end. ~Salman Rushdie

You can tell a lot about a person's character by his way of eating jelly beans. ~Ronald Reagan

Love is fire

Love is fire. But whether it's gonna warm your heart or burn your house down you can never tell. -Jason Jordan

Meredith Grey on Change

Everything changes, they say. But I don't believe in that. Some things just stay the same. Your favorite color when you were just a kid might still be the same when you reach 50. Friends you had when you were a teenager can still be with you until your 70th birthday. And maybe, just maybe, the love you had lost your entire life will still be the one you ever wanted until the day you die.

Quote of the Weak (grabbed from The Professional Heckler)

“My son is a social user but not an addict. It’s no big deal.”
~ Radio announcer Johnny Joseph a.k.a. Johnny Midnight father of Jorge Joseph, one of the “Alabang Boys”

[This quote reminds me of a city mayor in Cebu who constantly defended his adopted son who is also constantly bringing wreck and havoc among their constituents' lives. The son is an epitome of fear amongst city-folks. The mayor-dad acted a defender living up to his previous job as a Catholic faith defender, only this time the Catholics wanted to help him. He is so desperate he showed proof that his son is God-fearing, a pathetic defense. I am so glad my father is not a public figure hahaha.]

quoted from A Nightmare Before Christmas

"What a splendid idea! This Christmas sounds fun. I fully endorse it- let's try it once."

Qouted from Bette Davies

“The weak are the most treacherous of us all. They come to the strong and drain them. They are bottomless. They are insatiable. They are always parched and always bitter. They are everyone's concern and like vampires they suck our life's blood.”
