Oh women, I'm sure you would agree

According to Useless Knowledge, the largest cell in the human body is the female ovum, or egg cell. It is about 1/180 inch in diameter. The smallest cell in the human body is the male sperm. It takes about 175,000 sperm cells to weigh as much as a single egg cell. Hence, even in the beginning, women have more substance than men.

Job at the FBI

The FBI had an opening for an assassin. After all the background checks, interviews and testing were done, there were 3 finalists; two men and a woman.

For the final test, the FBI agents took one of the men to a large metal door and handed him a gun.

'We must know that you will follow your Instructions no matter what the circumstances. Inside the room you will find your wife sitting in a chair… kill her!!'

The man said, 'You can't be serious. I could never shoot my wife.'

The agent said, 'Then you're not the right man for this job. Take your wife and go home.'

The second man was given the same instructions. He took the gun and went into the room. All was quiet for about 5 minutes.

The man came out with tears in his eyes, 'I tried, but I can't kill my wife.'

The agent said, 'You don't have what it takes. Take your wife and go home.'

Finally, it was the woman's turn. She was given the same instructions, to kill her husband. She took the gun and went into the room. Shots were heard, one after another.  They heard screaming, crashing,banging on the walls. After a few minutes, all was quiet. The door opened slowly and there stood the woman, wiping the sweat from her brow. 

'This gun is loaded with blanks' she said.  'I had to beat him to death with the chair.'

Moral: Women are crazy. Don't mess with them. :-p

To All the Women of My Life

On Sunday, March 8, the world celebrates International Women's Day. 

In honor of the women of my life who have been so supportive to me, never asked me to change the way I should become and never left me despite of the way I am behaving, I am giving them a special day. And a special love no other woman should deserve to be loved. 

I love you guys and thank you for being with me all the time.

• My mother- despite a painful past we had, still she is never remiss with her love.
  
• My sisters- they all love me. Special mention to my younger sis, Cecil, who indulged me with free airfare tickets.
  
• My lolas- who maintained that I am their favorite. Sorry for not being able to express my love until you were buried.
  
• My aunties (Iya Virgie, Inday Gloria, Manang Deny)- who believed I am still the best.
  
• My nieces and nephews- you are the best. Thanks for the love.
• The Ortega sisters (Glocel, Glee, Glenda, Gilda, Teray and Itin)- they supported me all throughout and they never abandoned me but strengthened the beautiful friendship we had until now. Special mention to Boktot who have seen me through it all.
  
• My girlfriends- Judy, Amay and Charlotte- they inspire me to go on with life. They are my support system. They encouraged me to move on. They never left me. To Judy who has been there and shared my sad and happy moments- thanks tiya.
  
• My Mama Nelin and Dang Maring and Tata and her mom- they are such a lovely bunch of friends. They accepted me and cry with me during my saddest times, not to mention feeding me when I feel like not eating at all.
  
• Mam Ynday- my constant guidance counselor and enemy. We fight over petty things and still are the best of friends.
  
• Girlfriends and girl friends of past and present- Thank you for making my life so beautiful.
  
• You- you are still my best girl friend the world has given me.

Uncomfortable Comfort Room at FCB

When you go to the FCB building along CPG Avenue in Tagbilaran City, and you have business with DTI, or a security agency there, or a field office of FCB (that's First Consolidated Bank, by the way) at the second floor, having to pee might not be a bad timing. Especially if you are a woman.

I don't know if this is intended to jest women or the building architect has all the reasons to torture women, or the building administrator simply hates women, but the comfort room for women is not comfortable at all.

Upon entering there, on your way to that place, you experience a claustrophobic wall just about a few more inches of 1 foot. You wonder if they are making the way to their CR a dumpsite aside from poor lighting.

If you are a man, you are lucky. The flushing bowls are functioning well even if it looks like some shitty people never push the handle.

If you are a woman, you might not feel like a princess not even for a second. The toilet bowl is smacked right below the airconditioning unit of an FCB office. And the unit is peeing water itself right at the bowl. Very innovative idea of course, but for women who have to use the toilet, they have to do acrobatics first so they could use it. If not they would come out like some guys were pissing on them, not minding the hot blow of exhaust air of the airconditioner.

Are women really that brave so they have to be tortured just to pee? What happened FCB?
