yes Grace that's bougainvillea! they are incorporating flowers (petals mostly) to their cuisine. according to them, whatever the bees eat (thru their pollen), they are also edible to humans. kaya yun.
they have a lovely garden salad when you actually eat flowers, vegetables and leaves. sabi ng nanay ko- para tayong kambing nito. but sure is delicioussss.
